Managing Director responsible for HR and Payroll department

HR and payroll manager with over 20 years of professional experience gained while working for international consulting firms such as Deloitte. She coordinated the work of a team of HR and payroll consultants and provided services to key Clients.

She specialises in issues relating to employee HR documentation, optimisation of HR processes and procedures relating to flow of HR information of companies with dispersed structure. She has experience in planning and settling employees’ working time. She also deals with calculation of remunerations and providing advice on social security, labour law and personal income tax.

Przemysław Szwed

responsible for Accounting department

Accounting and finance manager with over 20 years of experience gained during work for international consulting firms, such as Deloitte.

He has broad knowledge in the area of finance, accounting and taxes. He pays special attention to automation of all recurring accounting processes. He participates actively in creating procedures and designing supporting IT tools.

He deals with regular management reporting, preparing obligatory tax returns and financial statements both on the basis of the provisions of Polish law as well as international standards (IAS/IFRS).

Wiktoria Korkuć

A lawyer with over 20 years professional experience. She is an expert in international and corporate income tax law having opportunity to practice in Big4.

She gained also significant experience in corporate law gained through advisory and cooperation with different legal firms.

She is an Attorney at Law, Member of Warsaw Bar Association.

Katarzyna Brodowicz

responsible for Expatriates department

A specialist with over 20 years of experience. She worked for Deloitte & Touche. For 10 years she was in charge of immigration law issues, including but not limited to legalising work and stay of foreigners in Poland. She specialises in issues regarding services for foreigners.

Jarosław Król

responsible for IT department

IT manager with over 15 years of professional experience. He specialises in issues regarding software development and data integration. He is an author of a system for employee absence and work time management.
